GoldRush is a small-batch oil-based pomade. That matters because most mass-produced pomades are mixed in large batches where the formula is optimized for consistency at scale. Small batch means it's mixed more carefully, in smaller quantities, with attention to the result of each run.
Strong hold, high shine. The scent was developed specifically for this formula. It hits right and doesn't overdo it.
Oil-based, so it builds over multiple uses and washes out slowly. That's normal and expected for this style of pomade. The payoff is a hold and shine level that water-based products can't match.
