This composition is the result of a detailed study in aromatic mimicry, intended to replicate the complete olfactory structure of a plant known for its distinctive tropical-green profile. Our approach was analytical: identify the precise terpene signature of the Pineapple Express Strain, reconstruct it with fidelity, and introduce natural elements to anchor the scent in a wearable, expressive form.
The base formula incorporates cold-pressed pineapple essential oil, extracted without heat to preserve the integrity of its volatile compounds. This oil lends the initial impression its bright, estery character. Around this, we have built a framework using isolated aroma molecules that mirror the target profile’s primary terpene components:
Myrcene: Earthy and green, with soft balsamic undertones. Provides the foundation of the scent's humid, vegetative depth.
Limonene-D: Sharp and citrus-sweet. This lends the composition its high-frequency sparkle and fruit-forward opening.
Linalool: Floral and slightly spicy, tempering the brightness with a round, calming mid-tone.
Pinene (α and β): Resinous and dry, used to emulate the airborne sharpness of fresh-cut greenery.
Caryophyllene: Adds a peppery, woody dimension to ground the blend and extend longevity on skin.
Each terpene is introduced in proportion to its original expression in the plant, not by preference or trend, but by ratio—reconstructed to match nature’s blueprint. The result is not a fragrance inspired by a botanical, but a fragrance modeled after one.
