The Bloodstone, a 33.7 carat behemoth of a Ruby, came into our possession under questionable circumstance, and the curse of the Bloodstone goes back generations to its Burmese origin. Cloak and dagger stories have been told for centuries as the gem passed from hand to hand. Legend has it that the Bloodstone and it’s identical sister-stone were stolen from their place as the sparkling eyes of an ancient religious idol in a Burmese temple and the original sect of this long defunct ideology have been hunting for them ever since; quietly and patiently. The sister stone has since been cut into 300 tiny rubies and the Bloodstone is still intact. We didn’t know what we were getting ourselves into when we took the stones into our possession, but we need to pass them on. To keep the seekers from finding the Bloodstone we have hid it inside a random jar of our Ruby Red Creeper shaving soap, and the remaining shards of the second ruby are in all the rest. This Friday at 8pm, you will have a chance to join the adventure, get a piece of the treasure and maybe, just maybe, find the Bloodstone.

The addition of Koolada provides the Creeper element as your face slowly gets colder with no hint of mint fragrance or the burning eyes of a classically mentholated soap or splash. The cold can last up to 45 minutes! Packaged in ceramic dishes and recycled Spanish glass bottles, the packaging alone is worth the price of admission. But don't just leave this set on the shelf! The contents are as good as it looks. We only made 300 of these and every one was printed, mixed, filled and wax dipped by hand. Also each soap contains a round-cut 1/2 carat ruby hidden in the bottom, but one random soap contains a giant "Goonies Level" 33.7 Carat oval cut ruby that one lucky customer will find.

The Ruby Red Creeper Splash is made with 2 year, barrel aged perfumers alcohol, the highest quality Red Grapefruit essential oil, and Grapefruit hydrosol made in-house here at The Holy Black, with just a touch of vegetable glycerin to rehydrate your skin while the Koolada kick keeps you cool.

The Ruby Red Creeper Shaving Soap is in our coveted tallow formula for the slickest lather and best post-shave feel on the market today. The Red Grapefruit essential oil is added at low temps to ensure it doesn't off-gas into the atmosphere while we are making it and grapefruit hydrosol is added instead of the water we use in our Artisan Soaps. Lather it on and the cold creeps up your face steadily.
