The Jazz Age, also known as the Roaring Twenties, was an era of American history that began after World War I and was a time of great economic growth and social change in America. Everything from fashion and poetry to the Civil Rights movement was touched by its influence. The style of clothing changed to make it easier to dance along to jazz tunes. Even poetry evolved as a result of jazz, with jazz poetry becoming an emerging genre in the era. Not only was there greater recognition of womens rights in America, jazz also allowed women an outlet to express themselves. The mediums of song, dance, and fashion that came with jazz changed the lives of Americans all around the country. It's a change that continues to exist even today. We thought this fragrance would be the perfect addition to the new Roaring Twenties 100 years later. We hope it brings just a small spark of those past days.
Essentially a floral on the sweet side of dry, this fragrance is blended in-house and includes top notes of Passionfruit, Mango, Tangerine, Grapefruit and Bergamot, Middle notes are Peony, Jasmine, Vanilla Orchid and Lily-of-the-Valley, with base notes including Sandalwood, Vanilla, Oakmoss, Cedarwood, Agarwood, and a touch of Ambrette musk.
Presented in a 100ml frosted glass bottle with a classy, fringed bulb atomizer, made popular in the 1920s; the art deco design harkens back to the Jazz Age which is the aforementioned namesake of this dazzling and delicious perfume.
